These terms cover this site (someta.app), which Someta runs. Using the site means you agree to them.

Free to use

Every instrument is free for teachers, parents, and students, with no sign up. Use them in class, at home, or anywhere else, and share the links. You're welcome to print an instrument's PDF for your students.

What's ours

The site and everything on it, including the instruments, their drawings, and their words, belong to Someta. Please don't copy them onto another site, sell them, or present them as your own. Someta and Socrato are trademarks of Someta.

Sage and Socrato

Sage, our AI tutor, and Socrato, our AI instrument guide, can be wrong, like any guide, so check anything important.

As it is

We work to keep the site right and running, but we offer it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Limits

As far as the law allows, Someta isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, or from not being able to use it.

Other sites

Links to other sites are there for your convenience. We're not responsible for what's on them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you agree to the new terms.

Law

California law governs these terms.
